Steve and Sherri Sosensky joined Temple Beth Sholom in 1998. They were convinced this synagogue was the right choice for them because Susan Squire, Membership Vice President, told them that, “We are a Hamish community.” The ultimate reason why the young family joined the Temple had been because they received many personal invites to visit.

Our congregation is very lucky. We have a member who has made a difference in many lives for 37 years. Barbara Stein and husband Stan joined Temple Beth Sholom in 1969. Barbara immediately became an active participant in many TBS committees.

In the Temple office on the wall looking over our secretary Bobbie’s shoulder is a portrait of a man.

There is no name plate on the picture frame, so many of you may ask “Who is that man?” His name is Julius Hyatt.
