Once again our adopted social worker at the Department of Children and Families is asking for assistance for one of her clients.  The mother and father of a three month old child have been living in one room in a terrible rooming house.  DCF has found them a one-bedroom section eight apartment that they can move into on July 1, but they are in need of almost everything to make the space liveable.  Aside from a queen-size box spring and mattress and a crib, they have no furnishings.  If you can donate a queen-size bed frame, pots and pans, dishes, kitchen utensils, house cleaning necessities, or curtains, contact Diane (203) 248-8319 or This email address is being protected from spambots.
